In the present Scenario Health is the real treasure. Healthy body can be attained by physical and mental exercise; the college provides the opportunities to students for physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual health through physical and mental exercise. In college students can play different sports and games indoor and outdoor and also do exercise and yoga to keep themselves healthy. The physical instructor guides and co-ordinate all the sports activities of the college. Sports material is available in the resource center are-Badminton, Cricket, Handball, Football, Discuss, Shot-put, Chess and Carom etc. Every year sports day is celebrated with great fervour in which every students participated with great zeal.
